The roommate
While I was in the nursing home I had a roommate for one night only but it was a hell of a night. They brought him into the room about at dinner time so it was 5pm or a little later and the sad thing is that he already pissed off some of the people. This guy would cuss until a Nurse or CNA would come then he would play sweet and his mind seemed pretty good so he was just showing his ass. They have him an urinal because they didn't want him getting up alone but that didn't stop him. He got out of bed and started screaming that he needed an urinal to pee in which he already had but never used but they had to changed his bed three times in one night. What I found weird was that his wife didn't bring any clothes for him and didn't want him to wear strangers clothes so at a point he was naked. Thanks to the privacy curtain I didn't see anything but I heard what was going on. For some reason his wife came the next day and took him home which made many peole happy and gave me the room to myself for the rest of the tie I was there.
I worked at that nursing home many years ago and seen many people like him that act lick they don't know what they are doing unless a family member is around. Thatmorning he left he was acting sweet because his wife and some other woman was there. I didn't buy into his act and from some others they didn't either.

What an asshole. He's only putting an act to in front of the ladies. Glad that you survived the night!

I think I missed something didn't know you were in a nursing home. He seems like a majority of people in nursing homes.

What a hellish experience for you and the nursing home staff. I really sympathise the wife if he does the same thing at home. We really don't know what make him do that. Is it he craves attention and his wife mollycoddle him a lot?
Where's Dr House when you really need him? That man is not making everyone's life any easier.
@angel_vow - Yeah, but thankfully we didn't have to put up with him long.
@free2chuze - I even told them about his little act but the pretty much knew what he was doing.
@Star_x_Love - Yeah, his wife came off as one too .
@paularayperez - I went into the hospital early last month because of low potassium and a broken ankle. On the 14th of the same month I put pretty much forced to go to the nursing home for physical therapy. I have been around a few people like him when I worked there but most of them were sweet unless you piss them off.
@mistyshadowz - Yeah but it could have been worse.
@angel_sister - From what I was told sh,e was worse than him when it came to acting like a diva. She may out diva him at home so he stays in his place..lol
@Alcoholiq - House would probably have him tied down which they should have done.lol
